To purchase YLA courses or to request more information, please contact a Program Manager at sales@urbantech.org or call (800) 998-3212 Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

YLA courses must be run in computer-training centers (CTCs) equipped with requisite hardware, software and high-speed Internet connection. Urban Tech can answer your questions about CTCs and assist your organization in establishing a center to meet your needs.

All purchases include:
- An onsite training workshop covering course content, effective teaching methods, and program administration.
- Instructor curriculum guides and participant manuals.
- One year of toll-free technical support.
* The Life Skills course includes the Apollo enrollment and tracking system, a required web-based infrastructure that provides tools for measuring outcomes.

Technical Support
|
Technical support for one year is included in the purchase price of all Urban Tech products. Our technical support representatives can be reached through our support line at (800) 998-3212. Urban Tech representatives are available to assist you Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can also reach a technical support representative online at support@urbantech.org. A site may choose to purchase a renewal of technical support service each year.

Licensing
|
YLA courses are licensed for up to 100 users within an organizational structure.* Licenses may be amended for additional participants. Licenses may be renewed for a 20% fee at the end of a program year. The organization may not resell or transfer the license to any other organization.
*An organizational structure may be a stand-alone organization or may serve as an umbrella/parent organization to other affiliated organizations, such as several computer training centers (CTCs) located at different sites within a community.
