Measuring Outcomes
YLA Interactive! runs on an Internet-enabled infrastructure that provides anytime, anywhere access, a secure connection and the tools you need to effectively administer and evaluate the program.

The Apollo enrollment and tracking system offers completely integrated monitoring, analysis and reporting that lets you review performance metrics.
Apollo offers these unique benefits:

  • Take the learning home. Students can dial in via the Internet and login to the system to review modules, take quizzes, published finish work and check their portfolios.
  • Automate class management. The completely automated infrastructure maintains daily attendance, tracks project completions and creates reports that can be used in student assessments.
  • Review overall performance. Completely integrated management tools allow staff to quickly create assessments, reports and analysis, and to track performance over time.
Together, these functions provide the base for effectively administering the YLA Interactive! modules and measuring their outcomes.

Apollo Advantages
The system is user-friendly and intuitive, and can be operated with minimal training. Urban Tech offers on-site training, a user manual and telephone support to new users for one full year.

The system also offers these advantages:

  • Security. The system allows for multiple security levels and limits access to key functions and participant data by level. Only instructors can view and assess student work, for instance, and only administrators can allow access to staffing functions.
  • Privacy. The system uses a login and password to protect student work and grades from unauthorized viewers.
  • Accessibility. Apollo is distributed via the Internet, so you can quickly implement it using technology you understand, and equipment you presently own.
