All purchases come complete with instructor's curriculum guides, participants' guided exercises, and one full year of technical support. See product descriptions for more details.

Technical Support
Technical support for one year is included in the purchase price of all Urban Tech products. Our technical support representatives can be reached through our toll free support line at 1-800-998-3212. Urban Tech representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. You can also reach a technical support representative online at support@urbantech.org. A site or individual may choose to purchase technical support service for $1500 a year or $125 an hour.

Licensing
YLA courses are licensed based on the number of users specified by the purchasing organization.** The organization may not resell or transfer the license to any other organization.

**An organization is defined as "stand-alone," or may serve as an umbrella/parent organization to other affiliated organizations, such as several computer training centers (CTCs) located at different sites within a community.
