Healthy Steps to Albany Essay Scholarship Contest

Contest rules

Essay contest is open to participating middle school students in District 3 and District 5 and high school students in the five boroughs. Students must submit original responses that are typed double space on 8.5” x 11” white paper with one-inch margins. The first page should include the student’s first and last name, school attended and grade. Each subsequent page of the essay should be numbered at the top right corner next to the student’s last name (i.e., Johnson / page 2). Students are expected to provide well thought out responses to the questions given and adhere to the length and formatting specifications.
